Adult Education

Several programs provide religious and other instruction geared to adults. Organized by Eric Thomas, Director of Adult Christian Education, these programs are open to all who are interested (members and non-members), and typically occur at different times and days of the week so that a convenient session might be found.  The Autumn programming is listed below.

Youthful Fellowship

2nd Fridays (except in September & April)

The Thurman Room, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Welcomes adults under 40 for conversations about faith and life.

Other Adult Education Opportunities

Inquirers Class is for those who are seeking more information about what it means to be a member of our church, and what it means to be a Presbyterian. You are not required to join after attending the classes, but attendance at the classes (usually two classes on adjacent Saturdays) is required before you can become a member. Read more about the Inquirers Class.

The Men's Fellowship and the Women's Ministry offer classes and study sessions as part of their programs. Check out the programs offered by the Men's Fellowship and the programs offered by the Women's Ministry.

From time to time the congregation or portions of the congregation go on retreat. Read more about church retreats.

Adult Education is under the guidance of the Adult Education and Spiritual Life Committee.
